Sehr guter RAM für das Notebook

Vorweg:Hatte den RAM für mei MSI GT72-2QD gekauft. Laut MSI Support ist diese RAM Frequenz in den Spezifikationen und es gibt das GT72-2QD auch mit dieser RAM-Frequenz zu kaufen.Ich hatte den RAM eingebaut, es ist jedoch inkompatibel!(Monitor geht nicht an, Tastatur blinkt mehrmals rot, anschließend fährt das Notebook sich runter). Ich habe das Modell mit der GTX 970M mit 6 GB Speicher und 8 GB 1600 MHz RAM.Nun habe ich den Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz Ram gekauft.Für alle die das selbe Notebook haben, 1866 und 2133 MHz Ram sind inkompatibel, auch wenn der MSI Support sagt, dass diese in den Spezifikationen stehen. Habe das dem Support mitgeteil falls jemand dort anfragt sollte er also bestätigt bekommen, dass nur 1600 MHz kompatibel ist.Oder gibt es spezielle Einstellungen bzw "Freischaltungen"?Hoffe ich konnte dem ein oder anderen Helfen.
